but the story was good!

One day, the "hell gate" was appeared in Tokyo,during this time people possess various special ability,

to keep this ability they require a remuneration, for example they must broke their finger, or they must drink alcohol,etc

This people who possess such a special ability called "contractors" 

if you want to know what are the ability, i will give you some example,

the ability to control the water, discharge electric,resonate things, and a lot more.

there were also some people who also know as a "Doll".

they have the power to detect the location of an enemy,they don't need to torture them self. 

but they will be useless if they don't have any "medium" 

for example: July,if she want to detect other person's location she must touch glass,if she don't she can't do anything.

And last but not least,

Maratoria, they can use the contractor's power, even they don't require remuneration. But they don't have control of their power,shifting into a hypnotic state of unconsciousness as they use them.

i think it was an interesting anime

the abilities were so cool, i wish i had one 

just a fun fact:

The main character in this anime/manga is Hei , Hei in chinese = Black.

and he has a sister named Bai , the meaning is White. ^^
